The Cornwall RV 2013 will be held at Trenowth woods on 29th March to 1st April. The woods will be open from Midday Friday to Midday Monday. Drinking water, porta loos and rubbish collection are all on site. We welcome children and dogs, we ask that you keep them safe and under control, and pick up any packages that either deposit! 2013 Will See: (TBC)

An Iron Age Forge and knife sharpening with Dave Budd, blacksmithing with Tristan Kessel from Forgeries at Redruth, Leather craft and spoon making with Leon and Neil from Greencraft (, Bowyer archery demos, fletching and string making by the Muscovy Archery Club. Wild Plants for Medicine and Food Walks with Klaudia van Gool (Saturday Morning and Sunday Afternoon).From the International Guild of Knot Tyers, Richard Hopkins. New this year are chainsaw carving demo’, a Hunting owl demo and Harris Hawk display, Ferrets and how to make ferret / purse nets will be run as a work shop due to demand. Willow platters, tension trays, Bird feeders and children’s Willow wands ( Saturday only.

In addition There will be the usual talk and demonstration sessions and some children’s activities depending on interest. This RV will see a Deer spit roast on an Argentinian Spit on the Sat afternoon with the food sold that evening, a Bushcraft boot fair on Sunday morning, so come along and buy, sell, trade, and barter. We will have charity Tomahawk throwing with a Bushcraft themed prize. Burgers, bacon rolls and hot drinks will be available throughout the RV. Returning this year is JB Real Ale Bar.



Prices for 2013:

£15 per adult per night

£7.50 for child per night

£7.50 per adult (£5 child) per for day visitors

Wild camping, tarp & hammock, tents and caravans are welcome. Small fires are allowed on site, and there is a local shop nearby to top up supplies.

Chirvil (be very careful , as Hemlock Water-Dropwort is starting to sprout now and looks very similar, but is deadly poisonous!)

Rose Hips
Common Sorrel
Ivy-Leaved Toadflax
Wood sorrel
Three-cornered leek
