    Errrrrr,
    Seeing as the floor plate is well vented, why not just raise it off the ground using whatever suitable rocks or even stout branches are available around you, when you want to light up for a brew?

    No worries that was taken earlier this week at about minus 10c, nice to see a flame, had just made a brew with the trangia in the stove and then built a small wood fire in it, great little bit of kit
