He's a lovely chap, helped him out by recommending a camera to him & some video-software and he's all set now kicking out some videos that look great.

The cat is particularly pleased with the software because she didn't feel that Windows Movie maker was doing her justice

I love how you've trained your cat to work with nature at the end Excellent timing.

I love this guy... and I admire him for having a go.

Sonofhood - good on you mate...

We have a typical semi with a small patch front and back and a patio and we decided this winter to have a go ourselves this year at reducing our impact and in a very small way, starting to practice the art of Permaculture.

We've got 5 compact size fruit trees now in big pots and some soft fruit going in soon. I'm kicking off a bunch of stuff from seed, getting some potatoes ready for planting next month in big plastic pots around the patio and I'll be trying out an experiment with 'vertical growing' of strawberries in plastic 'sleeves' hung up along wall of the garage plus some herbs coming along soon as well. Tomatoes will be going into the hanging baskets in May...!

Started keeping my food and garden waste for a compost bin instead of giving it to the council.

Keeping the 1 & 2 litre plastic milk containers, they make good containers for potting on seedlings & growing on herbs, lettuces, cress etc. Two bottom half's put together make great mini-propagators.

We'll see how it all goes.

    Paul.
Don't sweat the small stuff - and it's ALL small stuff...!

Outstanding videos. It's great to see someone that does something about the state of things, rather than just talking about it. Too many people out there are more than happy to put their two pennies worth in, without actually following through with it.
Great presentation from you too Sonofhood. Kind of makes me happy to grow my own strawberries, let so called weeds grow in the garden, and have my own apple, plum, cherry and pear trees, just to show the super markets a couple of fingers, as well as reduce the nations carbon footprint.

Big thumbs up, and thanks for sharing this with us Ash.
