    Sunny Pembrokeshire.

Afternoon. I'm jay, 44, ex forces and from London, now in pembs in fire service.
I shoot, fish, sail, canoe, climb, bit of everything really. Looking to hook up with local like minded people for social pub eves and over nighters, then poss longer trips away. The whole outdoor, self sufficiency, prepping thing is right up my street. Spent extended durations (months) in Kenya, South America, Asia.
My Heros are Robinson cruso, Ernest Shackleton and stuff of the dump.

Welcome Jay, I completed the Royal College of Nursing Leadership course a few years ago, at the end we looked at and voted for who would be a 'top' leader and Shackleton won

Outspan - Do you have any more detail regarding the program please? It looks right up my street.
