    Knife from Mick91

I recently bought a knife from Natural Bushcraft member Mick91.. i saw his work on here and really liked his style and as i fancied a new small neck knife to have as a back up to my sheath knife i got in touch with him..

The knife mick produced for me is an absolute cracker, i LOVE it..

Mick is an absolute gent and a pleasure to deal with, he kept me up to date with every aspect of the knife build with photos..

i had lots of options on the look of the knife and material used.. i was MADE UP that he found me a beautiful spalted birch for the scales and mosaic pins were a nice touch also.. as was the brass bolster.

Mick's knives are very well made, and are a VERY well priced.. on receiving the package i got my little neck knife, leather sheath, oil, 3 different grits water stones, antler handled fire steel, and a leather strop - backed with the same spalted birch as was used on the scales (lovely touch). i also got a original knife drawings and a care sheet - brilliant service.

the knife performs like a little scalpel. i have used it strictly as my back up knife thus havnt given it much hammer but it has been used for food bag opening at work (hundreds!) feather sticks for lighitng my log burner, iv made some tent pegs with it but the main thing it has excelled at is skinning and gutting rabbits - which its done plenty of! its a wonderful size of skinning. its a beauty of a tool. i love it.

i wouldnt hesitate recommending mick and i will be using again in the future for knives for both myself and gifts for others..

    cheers again mate.
