Seeds and seedlings blog post
Hi guys,
I've written a very quick post today about the progress of some of my seedlings:

Have a look at some of my previous posts on planting, seedlings and allotment updates too, if you like! I've changed the look and layout of the blog slightly, I hope you like it!
Thanks for reading

Wow , those "northern lights" leaks look amazing , the purple tinge is cool.
Do you plant heirloom seeds ( ie: so you can save your seeds)?
I know of a couple of good family owned businesses that sell some great varieties of almost forgotten British vegetables.
I'll try and dig them out (excuse the pun) of my bookmarks and post them on this thread.
I like the permaculture ideals and their methods.
The permaculture movement and it's approach is awe inspiring and gaining traction everywhere, even with the older , more traditional gardeners.
Anyways, hope your car is brought back to life so you guys can get out there and keep on keeping on!
Well done on your blog , and thank you for sharing.
Regards

Heirloom Seeds ,

They are very helpful, the seeds are excellent quality and the service is second to none.
Interesting varieties too.
Cheers
Update: more info on seeds.

Hi Woody,
I haven't specifically chosen heirloom seeds for that purpose - so far my gardening career has mostly been about seeing what works and what we use, but I would like to save seeds for future use. I had thought that that would be something I would think about somewhere down the line, but why wait! I chose these leeks purely because I thought they looked beautiful (and delicious!)! I actually found these on Amazon (lazy shopping) but they are actually sold by a company in France, J and L seeds. I believe that they are a certified organic grower, so that's a plus. Thanks for the links to those sites, I will certainly take a look. Thanks for taking the time to have a look at the blog!
