    DIY Chimnea

Not strictly bush craft but bushcraftish I think.
I'm on version 2 of my gas bottle chimnea. The first one only had a hole in the top and I've decided that the new one needs a chimney.
Can anyone suggest what I could use to make the chimney out of (better if it was freeish&#128521
    Thanks

Skips or the local tip. As folk replace everything with pvc the cast iron usually ends up in one or the other. Skips are free but the tip might charge you a fiver

I've been keeping my eyes open for a post from a street sign that's been taken out by an accident or roadworks. I reckon they'd do well.

Old vacuum cleaner pipe from Tip?

Although it may be a little narrow to draw very well.

Try to find a store that sells and fits wood/multi fuel burners. They always have left over off-cuts of stainless steel pipe-usually the flexible sort in various sizes. Would with a good length and some bending, make an interestingly shaped, chimney.
