    Couldn't agree more.
    Never felt the urge to buy a Spiderco knife, this doesn't inspire me to change my mind.

    price aside and ray mears aside.. IMO thats an ugly folder.. plus my gerber gator has been serving me well everyday for years and years now, so wont be getting another folder any time soon

    I don't reckon that's too ugly by spyderco standards. pretty far from my cup of tea though.
    But it's 20 times the price of my opinel, and I can't see it making my life 20 times easier or lasting 20 times as long.
