Hmmmm well that had to go down as a fail, for it to work the spreader bar needs to be inside the webbing sleeve I think, all that happened there was that the hammock gathered as normal behind my external bar, a braver man could make two holes in the sleeve for a short bar, I'm not that brave lol, I was comfy in it last night, comfy but tight.
