Some health benefits of getting out and about.

I'm guessing that I'm not the only one here who feels a lot better after a few hours / days in a beautiful place. Here's an article on some physical benefits in case you're looking to justify your next trip:

Great read, thanks for sharing . Depending on where I go, the season, time of day, and in some cases the weather, I notice that I will feel rejuvenated or even invigorated. As for how long that takes to happen, I don't really notice time. It's not something I really pay attention to outdoors, even though I wear a wristwatch...I just don't look at it nearly as often as I do when I have a schedule to keep outside of the outdoors. Of course, the beauty in that is not being ruled by the clock . I'll think an hour has passed when in fact 3 or more have gone by.

I know that feeling. 'I'll just sit under this tree for five minutes'... an hour later...
