    Blanco I remember it but only had to use it when I did a set of 37 pattern webbing to show the difference between 1937, 1944, 1958, 1972 and 1990 pattern webbing which was then put into the Regimental museum at Dover castle.

    I've put kit in the washing machine before and it was fine. Stuff into a laundry bag if there is strappage to stop it getting caught in the drum (or turn inside out if possible). For larger items, hand wash in the bath! If you've got any stains or mildew, then give it a soak and scrub first. Washed my predator daysack last weekend; it's come up like new!
