Invicta you are not alone, tonight I watched it and out of the 8 fish hooks they were issued they now only have one have they not thought about making a few hooks even a simple gouge hook, I will carry on watching the series though.
Now turns out the ciaman they killed,(n wasted half of it,don't know why they didn't smoke some of it??)was a protected American Crocodile.
The wild life people have granted a licences,to replace it.....

Hey Midas I thought that too, they could have cut into strips and smoked it over the fire.
And possibly carved some fish hooks from the bones.
What is a shocking when considering how far flung that island is, is the amount of litter washed up.

Ok hand up I have watched BG The Island last nightI don't know if I'm missing something but seeing these Crabs scurrying around on the beach mangroves etc.. aren't they edible? or IMO I'd have at least one cracked open hooked as bait on a line in either the sea or the mangroves & if in this instance, losing fishing hooks etc.. what about alternatives improvisation of hooks? I suppose it's easy to rant at the box but.. Boy do I miss 10,000BC

Couldn't organise a drinking contest,in a brewery.or,if brains were dynamite!they wouldn't have enough to blow their hat off.
As for all the rubbish.there is so much tipping of rubbish into the oceans,not just by countries,but passing ships's etc.
