Am a bit lost with the Gaelic - despite my Irish roots.
"Hello and welcome" is the translation . I not nearly as fluent as I would like, I took one year's worth of lessons from a teacher who learned in Connemara, and thereafter everything has been on my own, independent study. I tend to focus on the Dún na nGall (Donegal) dialect most, that area is rich with heritage and history and they still express it in sean-nós (old traditional) songs.
