Thread: favorite hobby besides bushcraft?

    Well.... Wouldn't that also depend on my definition of bushcraft...?

    Don't think many would include gunsmithing, dynamic sports shooting and longrange shooting as bushcraft... :P

    Allthough for me, they do go hand in hand.... A day spent behind the 338LM allways include a fire, a brew etc. Usually also a quick lean to...
    My normal range only goes to 500m so whenever we want to go longer, we head for the woods. Have a couple of places where we get to about 1500m.
    But, when I'm cutting a new barrel, bedding a action or fixing a scope or something similar, I don't feel very "bushcrafty"...

    A gun is a bushcraft tool, no different than an axe or a knife. And you know how to take care of it, repeair it, and how to use it. Definately bushcraft in my book :-)
