    Burnishing ????

    Can anyone advise me if there is an easy way to burnish the edges of my new sheath I have just made without buying all the stuff ,,,,,, thanks for all info REcived

    You can burnish the edges by slightly damping them and rubbing them briskly with a short lenght of dowel. The more you rub them the shinier they get.

    wet the edge with saliva and then rub the edge with a piece of plastic.
    If there are no women around and a man says something, is he still wrong?

    If you want to be lazy make a small wooden burnishing wheel with a bolt through the centre and put it in a cordless drill (rub the edge with beeswax first)
