    Apple Harvest with Friends

Me too. Real, dry, flat cider is the only way.

Should try the cornish mead that I am supping at the moment. Rather tasty and a little potent at 17%!

    Only 17%??
Just kidding, 17-20% is perfect for sipping with a good book late at night .
I've heard one can ferment apple cider up to 40% (backwoods-Bob style), but most recipes are around the 6-10% mark, good for sessioning. Don't want to get bombed-out, especially since it's delicious .
