Worth checking out local camping shops as towards end of summer you can sometimes pick up some bargain reductions. Last year round about this time my scout group got several diferent styles of vango lightweight tents in the region of £60-£70 including banshees and (I think) tempests in Millets sale.

If you aren't worried about room for dressing the banshee 200 is a good little tent for one man and kit.

Chubbs; I've got a WC Zephros 1. Can't complain about it whatsoever. It ticks all of my boxes for a small, light tent.
Used it above the snow line a few times and it still performs. It can take a bit of getting used to with setting up but it's no dramas once you've done it a few times.
The porch space is great for the size of the tent. Can highly recommend them and worth the extra funds.
