    Photo size

    Is there an optimum size for photographs if so what is it - uploading from my desktop pc so there should be no problem with op system "android or whatever" I can only think its the size of the file.

    Anything I post I try to keep it as near to for example 1024 x 600 jpeg if that helps?

    I would say around 800 by 600 should be more than sufficient.

    If you're looking for an easy way to resize images and your on Windows 7 there is this small & free software here: https://imageresizer.codeplex.com/ that lets you simply right-click images and then resize.

    You can also use "Paint" in the "Accessories" folder of your programs list for resizing images .

    Plus one vote for this, its also good for shrinking images down to avatar size...as in mine.
