Went the Lakes this weekend and did Hartsop Above How from Sykeside campsite (visible on the right hand side middle if you squint). I started to burn in the sun so had to put my fleece on to protect my arms. I made sure I dunked my tshirt in a stream first though! A fantastic walk.

I was once recommended P20 (Riemann P20 Sun protection) and I swear by it. I don't bother with anything else.

Got away down to Kent at the weekend. The dutch oven contains a chilli and the keen eyed viewers will see half a french stick on the log toasting ready for garlic bread. Those with even keener eyes will see I (temporarily) stole the dog's ball to keen the log at the right angle.
