    It changes very quickly here. 5 minutes before and 5 minutes after that picture was taken, the sun was shining :-)
    So we just dress for worse case scenario, and adapt from there...

    Went the Lakes this weekend and did Hartsop Above How from Sykeside campsite (visible on the right hand side middle if you squint). I started to burn in the sun so had to put my fleece on to protect my arms. I made sure I dunked my tshirt in a stream first though! A fantastic walk.

    I was once recommended P20 (Riemann P20 Sun protection) and I swear by it. I don't bother with anything else.
