All I can say is: why not :-)
Marttiini makes good knives, and that one is probably an excellent whitling knife. Just don't use it as an axe...

Not heard bad things about these people. I don't know if mentioning well-known Bushcrafters on here is allowed (on some forums some are banned and it sometimes creates 20 pages of "he said/she said" but here goes) but Dave Canterbury uses one on occasion, along with Moras. Just saying.
I've got one - one heck of a slicer, and it has replaced my Mora Companion HD .
Certainly a nice "upgrade" to a Mora with a more traditional look...I wear it as a neck knife. Be careful, it's like a light sabre
As Rune said, the only heavy work the Arctic Circle should be subjected to is some light battening, such as splitting thumb-thick fire dogs into match-thick kindling. It is best paired with an axe (hatchet, tomahawk, or 20 inch "half-axe") so the larger tool can handle the tougher jobs.
