the herons nesting is well underway

the robin was in full song..i think he was picking a fight

    cowslips are well away

bit of damage from the last storm, luckily it missed the ginco tree, the oldest and largest specimen on the island

tree creeper and pheasant in the orchard

    my "office"

daffs and the gorse are in full flower

not long now till there's a nice splash of colour along the river

i found the missing jet(sorry bad taste)

next doors windmill, their bill for last years power was £16.50

and finally at 2pm in bright sunshine, hopefully you will be able to make him out

There's a lot of people who would give their right arm for an office like that...
Terrific shot of the Tree Creeper and how about the colours on that cock Pheasant..

    Wow...beautiful area.
Indeed, excellent pics of the birds - I haven't seen pheasants in years.

lol,i suppose it looks like a bat to me cause i know it is but looking at them pics it doesent jump out at you as bat.
i zoomed it in by 40x on the camera and you can see its a bat then,i tried some of the effects on photobucket to make it bigger but it still looks the same size,i need a decent camera...atb kev
