    My thanks to Tigger&Bernie.

    I would like to thank two fine do it you'r selfer for two great post's, that is Tigger and Bernie for there Crusader Lid.I used the same place for my material and set aout to make a lid for the smaller S/S crusader mug I dont cook in it,only boil water for teaso I dont need all the straning hole's just one for the steam.Click image for larger version.

    I'm sure I might have some brass Munson ring tops that will make a tougher handle. They should just screw into the old holes.
