This is my best friend suggs, he's a 5 yr old labrador collie cross who has all the usual labrador traits i.e he loves to carry things and yes that is his mug!! as he likes a drink of tea (mostly water with milk "no sugar" please )
unfortunately we have to find him a new home as our landlord is selling up and moving away, we have managed to find ourselves a property to rent but the owners will not allow pets we have to find him somewhere by the end of the month .
Suggs is nervous dog who will need an understanding owner - until he gets to know you he's very timid and tend's to bark a bit but he soon settles down, Suggs is a special dog to me, those of you who know me will know
about my illness a few years ago - this dog did not leave my side for over a week other than to do what he had too, maybe having a new owner will enable him to lose HIS nervousness as I am sure hip picks up on me.

If anyone can help drop me a pm

MODS, if you feel that this post is inappropriate please remove it and accept my apologies but I really hope you let it run

    Fingers crossed Bri

Lie to the new landlord mate. Tell them he's not a pet but a working dog.... I mean he's even got a mug for his bait time.

Wish you the best of luck with homing him.

being a dog man myself it breaks my heart reading this as i know all to well the bond you are going to have to break.
i hope with all sincerity that you find the right home for him or even better that your circumstances change and you are able to keep him...atvb kev

Wish I could help mate but Dodge wouldn't tolerate another male in the house...and neither would my landlord. I'm currently asking round my doggy mates - hopefully something will get sorted

    Hi Fella,

He's such a beautiful dog, it would be tragic to let him go and he'll be very attached to you.
Is it not an option to claim Suggs is required due to your illness?

    Good luck,
    Stevie
