    Isn't it nice when someone says "that's a great piece of kit, where did you buy that", then you can modestly reply "you can't buy it, I made it myself". The moral is, it's amazing what you can achieve if you put your mind to it.

    Were I go Boar shooting in Croatia,They all make "RAKIA" or plum Brandy.Its just the norm n accepted.Only Fround on if you make large amounts!!One of the places,I stay at,Has quite a large Still,But its built into the back of his smoke house,so there is no smell from the mash!,and as theres always a Fire n smoke in the smoke house,nothing stands out.
    Quality is A1.He often put a couple of jugs on table at dinner time along with carrafes of wine,but its funny when a newby pours what he thinks is a glass of water n takes a big swig.I like "MOONSHINE"out of a jar!!!!
