It doesn't say that it says 'its not always easy to navigate when you can see where you're going TOO'...meaning ' as well as' just because you can see for miles it doesn't mean you can stop navigatin and be guaranteed in reaching your destination

sorry, your totally confusing me now.
It can be just as hard to navigate on a bright sunny day with excellent visibility as it can in a white out depending on terrain. Hope that clarifies my meaning

You asked for clarification I explained - I can do no more. Do you have an alternative theory on navigation in different terrains and using different methods...it is a bit off topic granted but then again several posters on this particular thread mentioned the need to navigate on some of the sites they were discussing so I kind of reckon it could be justified.
