Looks like a good folding wind break.Strange when burning wood in my "Rocket Stove,or wood gas burner, one wants the wind.yet with Gas,you need a good wind shield!
I've got this adapter, and with the cheaper "UNO" style canister, it runs real well and costs hardly anything to use. It costs about £1 / $2 for a canister, and it lasts my Dad for weeks, he uses the stove every weekend to make a few cups of tea whilst watching me at Motocross, and even some weekends cooks on it. I bought a canister way before Christmas and it's still going!

I find with the Chinese companies on eBay, they're always happy to send out other stoves if you break it etc, but there's always the waiting around - I think the companies on eBay probably send the same stoves to people like Wilkinsons, it wouldn't surprise me if what you buy in wilko's is also for sale on eBay direct from China, they just sell wilko's the better of the crop

I'm not usually too fussed about country of origin, most things are Chinese made now anyway. It has to be pointed out though, that all gas appliances have to pass muster in terms of the valves ect, it's for everyone's safety. The only thing I'd check if buying any gas stove is that it meets the current BS/EN number or equivalent, if it does it will work like the rest of them, as that's what the law says it has to do. So if there's a cheap stove around, and sold by a reputable company it will be safe enough to use and will bear the right marks. Pick up a bargain where you can.

Isn't it nice when someone says "that's a great piece of kit, where did you buy that", then you can modestly reply "you can't buy it, I made it myself". The moral is, it's amazing what you can achieve if you put your mind to it.
