I'm after a small SS Kettle for campfire/stove use that is sufficient for just myself. I have a large 5 litre Kettle but way too much for just me. I can find tons of Kettles online that are made from Ally but no SS. Can anyone point me to any?

Will give you a 1 litre of hot boiling water, or even a stew as there is no problem cleaning it. it has an enourmous lid opening!
Else it is pretty light too, and the handle stays upright and does not get hot.

How about some thing like this I have a ally one which is ideal for me as only I drink coffee in my house. I guess it could be used to make coffee or tea if lose leaf is used. The thing to remember where it says two cups it's talking about two espresso size cups!

I sold it with my Tatonka Multi Set (a SS Trangia clone), something I have regretted ever since.
What I really like about the Tatonka H2O Pot, is the fact that it is designed to take up the smallest possible amount of space, while having a larger capacity than most similar sized kettles - and in a pinch the shape + large opening makes it usable as a cooking pot.
I use the Tatonka H20 pot for my small campfire kettle, as JEEP used to. It's a little easier to get hold of in the UK than the GSI too, and you know it will be virtually bomb proof. Not saying the GSI isn't, as I've never owned one, but I have heard the odd mention of handles falling off. Could be a rare occurrence mind...

MSR alpine teapot or the Tatonka H2o pot and the Tatonka teapot. All around the same price and more versitile than a normal kettle.
Why not aluminium? lots of small kettles about made from it. Crusader mug and Lid.

All of those look perfect, thanks. Reason I'm not interested in Ally is because I want something that can take a bit of a pounding and will last.
