Whats doing about food? Is a communal brew on the go? If so there is an excellent chef attending but obviously numbers need confirming.
One concern is the weather again, and maybe it would be easier to cater individually in case it needs postponing to another date.
There's a strong possibility that I won't be able to make this now.

The weather doesn't look too bad for the weekend though sunday may be a bit wet n windy. Certainly nothing forecast like we have had recently..
I have not spoken to Glen about a group meal but he was keen to cook.
I have got us plenty of wood, 9 different types of tree I think.
I will be around from about lunchtime on friday :0)
