    seems to work man, though the marrow center is hard its still quiet brittle, i didnt boil it up to soften it up at all just pushed a needle file through and used a block of wood to punch it down the tang leaving the tang to do the shaping as the antler slid down, also check e bay for dog chew antler you can get it by the kilo pretty cheap, seems cheaper than buying full antlers for taxidermy, as they are normally on a skull.
