Looking to get a new basha

I'm thinking of getting a new tarp. An 'intermediate' size one.
I have a poncho that I use, and I have a DD 3x3, but I want to get one of a more traditional military basha dimensions (2.8m x 1.7m).

I'm looking at two and would like opinions, or other suggestions.

First up is the DD 'Tarp S'. Only drawback with this one is the slightly narrow width - just 1.5m. I know that missing 20cm probably won't make much difference but at the same time...well, it's not that much bigger than a poncho (2.1x1.4), which I already have.
    This is the Tarp S:

    Any thoughts on it?

The other one I saw was this one from Military 1st:

This one pretty much ticks all my boxes - right size and light. The description doesn't make it clear what attachment points it has or if it has a central loop, but a quick email to them can sort that out.
But. The material. Not sure how waterproof it will be. I'm sure it will shrug off a shower, but anything heavier or more persistent?
Anyone got one of these and can offer any insight?

So what do you reckon? Which of the two should I go for?

Or can anyone else offer any other suggestions? Keep in mind my size requirements (approx 2.8 x 1.7), and that I already have a smaller poncho shelter and a bigger DD one, and also cost - there's no need to spend more than, say, £40 on this so I'm not going to. And I also prefer plain green. With those things in mind I'd happily consider other suggestions.

    Cheers chaps.

I have the standard Army Basha, the on that can be used as a stretcher with a silicone strip down the middle, It's a fantastic bit of kit, fractionally too small for my 2.8 hammock, I use it in an asym style "diamond" config to make it work but it is not square and therefore not symmetrical, I upgraded to a ukmcpro elite evolution Basha 3x3 and it soon became a favourite,

I would advise you borrow one if you can to make sure it suits your needs, good luck finding what you want as we all like different things for different reasons

The basha that is in the military1st looks like the sort that I was using in the jungle and if it is its quite waterproof and has 3 loops going down the centre of its length that's if I remember correctly.
