    Can't wait to try this out in the woods!

    The clouds finally parted and I got to try out the EOS 50d and 18-135mm IS kit lens on some weak Aurora Borealis :-)

    1600ISO, F9, 13s, EV +0,7, Apperture priority, WB to flurecent ligthing, tripod and remote release.

    Now I've got photo envy ... Nice one FishyFolk , good clean Hi Iso long exposure ...

    Only ever seen the Aurora Borealis once , when visiting muso friends on Mainland Orkney ...

    didn't have a camera with me , just my flutes whistles and pipes , another missed opportunity !!!
