    Bay Boletus?

Found this whilst out for a walk.
Actaully, I found loads fo them.
I know it's a Boletus, but not sure which kind.
Is it Bay Boletus? It was in an area of beech trees.

Judging by the white webbing and stipe (stem), I would say that it's actually an old Penny Bun (boletus edulis) mate.

If it was B. badius the pores would bruise blue rapidly.

    Thanks, chaps.
Well, I must be improving in my 'shroom knowledge - a year or two ago I wouldn't even have been able to say it was a Boletus, but my knowledge has come on enough that I can identify that with certainty if not actual type!
