Pair of German Army Moleskins, ok not the original ones but made by the same people. I also bought a Millbank bag, nothing wrong with my other one but it was the patrol sized one and way too big for my needs. My brother goes group camping more so I generously gave him it on long term loan.

Isn't it nice when someone says "that's a great piece of kit, where did you buy that", then you can modestly reply "you can't buy it, I made it myself". The moral is, it's amazing what you can achieve if you put your mind to it.

Buttons to sew into my bison moleskins for a pair of braces. Boring I know but I prefer braces over a belt. In my dads words "belts are for hanging things from, braces stop your breeks hanging round your ankles".

Had to do the same. A knife and fire kit in a leather pouch is so heavy my trousers kept falling down as I walked.
