Resently aquired that one, and I am happy so far. But glad I have my smaller kettle for whhen I just need a quick brew, as this one takes up a lot of space.
But on the ipside, it can be crammed full to choking with easily accessible goodies to stick in abrew, and that huge lid is a god send when you have to clean
the leftovers of this mornings porridge out of it. :-)

    Good news!
Same as you, for a quick brew I would just take my Stanley pot, but I hear nothing but good things about this kettle and wanted to something to hang over a fire, which I've not done yet, just sat it on or next to the embers.

Generally need a bit of tweeking but a really good knife, I like mine all the more 'cos it didn't dent the bank balance.

This one seems fine, nice and sharp straight out of the box. The Bushlore mini I have (my missus' knife now) was too so no complaints here! I agree, £26 = bargain.

I must confess, the blade is a lot chunkier than I expected though!

So much want one of these. But within a few weeks it won't be dark until it's bed time, and soon after, not at all...so that can wait until autumn :-)
