I've just had bad luck. they aren't nasty, just bumbling.
Yeah, you probably got some old stock that has been in storage too long and packed away damp if it has bad mould etc.
I have had three bed rolls with mattresses from them on separate orders. one of the mattresses wasn't in great condition but the rest of the stuff was pretty mint all arrived in quick time as well. I have ordered four times from them, each time they have been correct and on time, others to seem to have had problems so I guess they are a little inconsistent.....
