I was just wondering if two mozzy repellents would be enough. It's surprising how fast you can get through the stuff, and being pretty warm it can be uncomfortable to keep covered up all the time
I bought those to add to one i already have, but if that stuffs good im gona buy somemore before i go
Every mile on a river takes you further from home than every hundred miles on a road.

I hope thats a birchbark canoe in your pocket.... - I guess i should give some credit to Metal Mug

French army canteen bottle and mug (aluminium) £11.75 ebay.
hoping to be able to boil water in the bottle, then leave it for a couple mins and put it in its case, to save transferring it from pot to bottle and burning myself/losing half of it and to save time waiting on it cooling down when walking.

When I explained this to my girlfriend she shook her head and said 'You cant drink it when it's that hot anyway so what difference does having it in a bottle make?'

With my fishing gear I find that the only way is to have so much, that She-that-must-be-obeyed won't have a chance of spotting something new, keep it in the shed, and that place so messy and jumbled up with kit that she never set her foot in there....lol

LOL - Hey Al, maybe we need to take it in turns to do a collective buy - so only one of us once a month gets into trouble - and who knows maybe for bulk buying we can break that magic £1.00 level!!
