One can never be 100% sure, they look identical. But, thinking it over, it can't be the same really.
I have used mine on top of my Optimus Svea 123R, if the anodization could burn, it would have then.
I don't think so...they look identical but the fire-maple set is like £24 and this was £12... I would guess that this thing was a cheap copy maybe?
That could be. A cheap copy of a cheap Chinese product - sounds about a right for a cooking pot with a flammable coating
Good to see all you gear junky's languishing deep in the bad murky world of kit habits!.....anyone ever stuff the packaging under the bed with total excitement only to forget it's there???
The reminder in my case came the next time she hoovered!!!

Well a new watch is coming, the old one has sentimental value, but if it gets wet it'll pack up (this is due to a mistake made by a jeweller when they changed the battery so I was informed by the horologist that changed the battery last). The other watches that I have aren't really outdoors type watches is how I've justified it.
Yesterday:
A package from Leave No Trace, Center for Outdoor Ethics,US;
Annette McGivney; Backpacker, Leave No Trace
A few LNT pamphlets
Two iron on LNT patches
Two LNT lapel pins
Today:
Two Savagear Lure Box no. 2
Two Savagera Lure Box no. 3
(I don't fish, but these boxes are great for keeping stock of all the bits and bobs when out and about)
Boy, we are a hungry lot. Methinks I'll open a store up!
