been in the same boat as you OG over the last weekend, caravan trip with the in laws, i was told there would be a canoe, lakes and a lovely destination, boy was i mugged off no canoe, no lakes, a field full of drunken imbeciles not my idea of a weekend camping, even got told i was not aloud to carve spoons with me knife as i was scaring other campers?? i knew i should have taken some logs to hew into planks with my axe.
