The poles are quite good quality so can stand up to strong winds as long as you have it pegged/guyed decent. I have seen many people mention they add extra guy points so its more like the Akto.
Yeah, That's what I'm leaning towards. What I suppose I want is to blend into environment but that depends on location I guess.
I'm just about sold on hammock/tarp as I could always setup travel hammock as a bivi and tarp over as a shelter if going somewhere with no suitable tree's.
