    Lightbulb Waterjet

Would anybody be interested in a waterjet cut blank or two? I am thinking of getting maybe 10 blades of different shapes and sizes cut from a sheet of 4mm 01 or 80crv2, if anybody wanted to join in, the price would go down significantly for everyone. You would get a blank, with holes and any cut-outs you wanted, ready for you to do the bevels, HT, and then handle. If there is enough interest, I might do bevels and HT, if you didnt have the space to do it.

Thanks for reading through all that,

    Joel

I would be interested in the latter, that is bevels and HT included, as I do not have the space, nor the tools to to a proper job on that. But all provided it comes with a price you can live with and I can afford...and provided I can place an order at the end of the monthdon't want to waste your time. (jusp PM me if you dont want to go public with a price :-)

Also, it may be a long while before a sharpie comes out of it...depends on me scarping together what I need for the rest of the blade + a sheath :-)

So for something with a classical bushcraft shaped and sized blade, what would the charge be, not including postage?
Victory awaits the one, that has everything in order - luck we call it
Defeat is an absolute consequense for the one that have neglected to do the necessary preparations - bad luck we call it

The place I plan to do the cutting, ACCUJET in Poole, can take your ideas, sketches etc to a cutting path.

I would estimate about £20, that would give you 20cmx3cm to design your blade in. NB THe price might be slightly more, depending on the number of people who join in.

If your not doing the CAD side of it yourself, you would have to pay them to do it wouldn't you? How much would they charge for that?

I need to ask them. If it is too much, there are free trials like this:http://www.autodesk.co.uk/products/a...cad/free-trial. 30 days should be enough to design everybodies
    Thanks a lot!
