Smoking my own bacon, and cheese

Well been on the smoker today, and put two hams in along with my wet cured maple bacon. So I'm thinking I need to smoke some cheese, and quickly cobbled together an old wooden bread bin and some flexible steel tube, odds of timber and some stainless mesh. Well cobbled this onto the smoke stack and cheese in.
At the moment still chugging away, but will post results and pictures if I can get them on.

As close as I can get.

    Ham and bacon, all good.
However, the cheese, well how to say the flexible steel pipe must have had something else through it before. Which tended to leave a rather insidious taste.
But on the up side I now know it will work (cheese did not melt) so just have to spend money on a new bit of pipe connect and run for a couple of normal smokes to season it, and the box and all should be good.
