Not really bushcraft as it was made in my shed using a couple of my machines to start it but I thought I would share it with you any way.
Blank is turned hollow on my lathe until the size of the cup was at the depth I wanted, then on to the bandsaw to get the geneal shape of it.

Then carved out and shaped by hand using my Mora carving knife a bit of sanding and then a finish was added.

Took a bit of a risk leaving the pith in but it is worth it to get a good grain pattern luckily no splits this time the trick is to get it really thin and dry it evenly, this was a piece of apple from my FIL's allotment cut just last week. it is finished in a walnut and bees wax mix then polished I hope you like it.
