    I am still updating this reference thread but I have also started the same list on my blog but have ironed out some errors, typos, omissions etc and also added coloured tabs to specific authors to make articles easier to find (if you know the author).     It is fairly easy to print off, I have placed each issue into a table and squeezed six per page with a narrow border and size 8 writing. I'd suggest printing the coloured box key on a seperate sheet or the first page will only fit four.
