Can I please have a show of hands for those of you who intend to come to graigwen in march please.
I have deferred payment of the deposit until mid January to give those of you who are attending sappers meetup
a bit of leeway (monies tight for everyone - me included).

I have just spoken to the owners of Graig wen campsite about the march meet up - they require a deposit to be paid by the weekend of the 12 january - they will not reserve us an "area" after that date.
I hope to be able to add any latecomers to the meeting but I cannot guarantee that their PITCH would be in the same area of woodland.
A DEPOSIT OF £6.00 PER adult and £3.00 for under 16 yr old's needs to be paid to me before the 12 th January I will then pay them, the remainder to be paid
to the owners by "you" upon arrival.
I will send a PM to everyone on the list (on post 32 ) with payment details, once you have paid place a post here saying so
Anyone who is still thinking of attending please let me know asap, when I pay the deposit I can then tell the owners that there MAY be an extra number of people attending
they MAY then allocate a larger area for us
