    Ahh, we'll let you off with that one then

    Oh, and the bow looks ok to me. Looking at the colours, it may be round the wrong way, but as long as it fires an arra' does it really matter?



    Maybe this chap has done it all wrong.

    sweet looking bow, you fired it yet??? the way i would work a bow would be to remove wood from the outside of the bow to take it down, so you have the same ring running all the way down the outside edge of the bow (sap wood) then to remove from the back so the ends tiller nicely but thats just me there are many ways to make bows i have seen random looking sticks with bark and twigs still sticking out of them that are far Superior to any that i have made

    check a guys site Richard head longbow, may be of some help to you .

    Cheers guys it isn't finished yet I still have some bits to fit but until I have a bit more info it is sort of on hold I haven't fired it yet but I'm planning to have it with me on the next meet So that will be the first test fire and or snapping sound and some expensive fire wood LOL

    Cheers I have just had an email back from Will Lord and he says I have done it all right I just need to take a little bit of one of the ends as it is a bit stiff on one side So I will crack on in the morning with it
