Ta, there gradually getting better this year.... no badgers yet though ....
Great photo's there pal.
Can I ask what camera do you use or do you have differing cameras dependent upon the situation. I'm looking out for a good long range stills camera so I would value your advice.
Cheers

Just a suggestion if you're looking for a "one size fits all" camera Canon G12 although the G12 may not be as robust as the earlier G9 - alledgedly
Some of the new generation of interchangable lens cameras may also be of interest for example: this sort of camera Nikon, Panasonic and others are also making this type of camera as well
The best reviews, IMHO, are on DP Review
Just to add that if you look to the right hand side of the Flickr pages you'll what cameras are used. In this case a Canon 400D but it doesn't give any info on the lens. There some very nice shots on Moontanboy's album - well worth a look

Cheers for the feedback guys.
Ade Rose - Mine's an old canon EOS400D with a canon 17-85mm IS USM lens. It's pretty versatile, not bad telephoto capabilities but a bit of wide angle too.
Next on the list is a longer lens 70-300mm probably...
** IS = Image Stabilization
*** USM = Ultrasonic Motor (focussing = nice and quiet, as opposed to the sound of C3PO doing something unsanitary)
