Orders delivered fast and trackable, Had a problem with my first order which was rectified quickly (they sourced another item outside of the warehouse). Not 100% for what we do...but good none the less for tents and stuff
Brilliant shop in my opinion. Bought my last rucksack from them which developed a minor fault. Dealt with brilliantly, personally and in double quick time. A great example of how to delight your customer.
Totally unrelated, I even received a £10 off voucher from them by email today.
