I don't think anyone has been offended... but just in case...
I hope no-one thought I was being insulting, by putting in my level of bid on the spoon knife, on the quality of the work - I can see it (both blade and handle). Put in an offer based on what I could afford and not knowing the sales price for this particular item. So I'm glad it's going for more and hopefully the same for the knives as well (both are good knives by all accounts and my lottery win will get me one at some time!). I just know my financial limits and DO love a bargain like anyone else
