    At last it's done and tasted really nice. All gone within 3 minutes.

    Small amount, no wonder it went so fast! My girfriend easily clears out the same amount in that period of time after I make some.

    What meat, cut, and seasonings, plus drying means, did you use?

    It was my first batch so experimental really. I used just frying steak and followed this recipe - http://www.food.com/recipe/homemade-beef-jerky-42272

    I didn't use all of the list. Next time I will make at least treble the quantity and will probably use slightly less cayenne and chilli, but that's a personal thing I guess.
